The 2014 Championship Presentations took place on Saturday 22nd November hosted at the Hatherley Manor Hotel in Gloucester. The Two Daves Racing team members and sponsors were in attendance to collect our trophies for winning the inaugural NG Supertwin club championship. (Well, all except Michael Mulvaney from Proficient Security who was at the F1 Grand Prix season finale at Abu Dhabi - the lucky bugger!)
With the 14-round 2014 NG Supertwin championship season travelling across the United Kingdom and visiting eight different circuits, ten podium finishes (including three race wins) on our Kawasaki ER650 Supertwin was enough to capture the championship and end the season with an 80-point leading margin.
An enjoyable night was had by all involved - even though it meant there were some sore heads on Sunday morning! With the 2014 celebrations coming to a close, it is now time to look forward to the 2015 season! Exact plans are still yet to be decided - but our Kawasaki ER650 Supertwin is heading off to the tuning shop tomorrow (Monday 24th November) for some further improvements.
