Following the announcement of a Kawasaki ZX6R joining our fleet, we thought we would provide some further details on the machine's history and specification.

The bike was converted into a British Superstock 600 machine by C.P.E. Motorsport (Cobra Precision Engineering) and was ridden by Levi Day during the 2014 race season, where he achieved some front row qualifying starts and a best finish of 5th place at Silverstone.

Racing in televised British Championship races, the bike managed to get some screen time (both good and bad - as shown in the video below) as well as mentions on Levi's Blog and Twitter pages.
The bike was subsequently upgraded to more of a "Superstock Evo" specification (where it remains today - see below for details) and ownership was transferred to C.P.E. Motorsport pit crew member James Kenward who then raced the bike in selected BEMSEE events.

New machine for 2018 - Kawasaki ZX6R (Supersport 600)

28/1/2018

Two Daves Racing are excited to announce the addition of a Kawasaki ZX6R (Supersport 600) machine to our team.

This Kawasaki Supersport machine will accompany the Kawasaki Supertwin machine that we have run for the past five seasons, with both machines being raced by David Carson.
Picture
It has been over 18 years since David last rode a 600cc machine - in the 1999 British Sport Production championship on a Yamaha R6 - so we are looking forward to reliving old history and making some new history this coming season!

We will provide specification details of the Kawasaki Supersport machine in the next few weeks, along with photos of the livery to be used and details of our confirmed 2018 calendar of events.
