A couple of months have passed since our last race meeting (and it is just over three months until the start of our 2018 season), so we thought we would provide an update of what has been going on behind the scenes over the "winter off-season"...
New Caravan
After having our previous caravan since January 2012, it was time for a much-needed upgrade. A 1995 Swift Challenger provides the replacement and includes fantastic upgrades such as a gas oven and a TV aerial :-)

ER650 Maintenance
Our suspension had a visit to Maxton for a service and refresh, and a brand new race radiator was ordered from Radicool - which now incorporates the bespoke mounting points that we created back in 2013 when we received the first radiator. All wheels will also receive new bearings and valves, as five seasons have now passed since these were last renewed.

2018 ACU Licence
It had been three years since our last "ACU-approved eye test" so a visit to the optician was required in order to renew our National race licence, which has now arrived.
2017 Darley Moor Awards Ceremony
Our attendance to the annual Darley Moor Awards Ceremony (on 3rd February 2018) has now been confirmed, with us taking ten seats at the event. Having won two championships in 2017, as well as a "Best Turned Out Bike" award, we will have a number of trophies to collect - so this should be a fantastic evening to enjoy before the new season commences.
Winter Projects
Just like a few years ago, Lorna has undertaken another winter project and is building us another baby - which is due for arrival in May 2018! And for those CB750F1-lovers out there that are wondering what happened to Big Dave's 2015 Summer Project, you will be glad to hear that his Honda CB750 is making great progress over the winter and the build will probably complete around Springtime also!

Since this website went live at the start of 2013, I am proud to announce that we have received a fantastic 71,687 page views from 27,096 web sessions (by 20,179 unique visitors). The figures for our YouTube channel are just as impressive with 42,555 video views (covering 92,003 minutes) for the 226 videos we have uploaded!
Along with the progression of the above items, we also have some other changes taking place - which we should be able to provide further news about in early 2018. Until then, we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
